Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Because my products are digital files, handmade, made-to-order, or small-batch, I do not offer refunds or returns unless there is a manufacturing error or the item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the damage. I will issue a refund or replacement depending on the situation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

I do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
