Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from South Africa.

 

Processing time is usually 5-7 working days, as I am a small independent artist.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Right now, I can only offer courier shipping from South Africa, please understand.

Because of this, your order amount must be greater than the shipping amount. I am meeting you halfway with shipping and covering part of the fee, so for that to be worthwhile to me, an order needs to be greater than the shipping amount.

Any order that is under the shipping amount alone may be cancelled and refunded.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number. Because packages are couriered, arrival time can vary but should be relatively quick (within a week or two with considered delays).

I am not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International customers are responsible for any import fees, VAT, or customs duties.
