Limited-run or one-of-a-kind items may sell out quickly.
2. Payments

Local Payments (South Africa): Processed securely through Yoco.

International Payments: Processed via PayPal.

Prices are listed in ZAR unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or PayPal fees on your side.
3. Shipping

Orders are shipped from South Africa.

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to ship. (Excluding preorders)

Shipping times vary depending on your location and courier delays.

I am not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or delays at the receiving country.
4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handmade art, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the damage.

Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 24 hours if it has not shipped yet.
